Your Dog Magazine & Your Cat Magazine
In September 2021 I was contacted by a lady called Alison wanting to interview me about my artwork for a feature she wanted to write in Your Dog Magazine and Your Cat Magazine about pet portraiture and how popular it's becoming. She had happened to see one of my pencil portraits of a cat on Facebook and was really interested in my work.
After doing a little research into the magazines I was more than happy to email Alison back and agreed to a Zoom interview the following week.
It's always a pleasure to be approached by someone who is genuinely interested in your work, whether it's for a private commission or for an interview. It makes you realise that all those late nights, early mornings and six day working weeks are all worth it 😊.
